My First Time Using a Digital Time Table!

Hello Again,

Lately me and my collabrative class have been using a digital timetable so that we can be at our workshops at the right place, at the right time, on the right day.

To get to the time table we have to go to our class website, Moana Learning Hub. On the home page there is an image of a clock. Press on it, then it takes you to the timetables. Every weekend our teachers, Matua Fergus and Koka Ngaire, send us an email with a google form with all the options for workshops. We only fill in four days for the timetables, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Why? Because Friday is Homeroom Friday and the teachers plan it for us.

We pick at least one on each topic then add it onto our timetable. Since we don't do workshops every hour, we fill the empty half hours with activities. We find these activities on our class website on a purple slide that says links to learning. There  are ten different points on the Links To Learning slide. So when we fill in those empty half hours we put each activity on at least once throughout the four timetable days. I'm feeling pretty confident with this routine, except sometimes I do get a little muddled up with the times and workshops.

This is my Timetable:
